At auctions in Slovenia luxury property is for sale at discount prices

The trend of buying distressed property through auctions and tenders. Such trend reflects the general situation in the country. On the other hand, such situation offers a great opportunity of purchasing real estate for and incredible low prices. As a rule, ordinary residential real estate is auctioned, as well as luxury and historical real estate in different parts of the Slovenia. As one of the example of selling distressed property, is a luxurious villa, situated near Slovenian town Bled. The auction will take place on 21st of may 2014.
Villa is located in the village Zgoša south of Begunje na Gorenjskem. The location is close to Bled, a popular tourist center of Slovenia. Bled applies to the cosmopolitan city of Slovenia. The city boasts a beautiful lake and a castle on the cliffs. In the past it was a host of many economic conferences, diplomatic missions and high-level representatives of world politics, the world of sports and the world famous persons.

Villa was built around 1894, and in 2003 the facility was expanded and reconstructed. The house has a basement, ground floor, attic and tower. Basement and ground floor are designed for business premises with a separate entrance via the terrace. Ground floor is raised. The rest of the building, which includes floor, attic and tower is designed for housing. The basement is dedicated to the business section and contains an exhibition space, bathroom, office, hallway with staircase and recreational space. On the ground floor is a kitchen, toilets, offices and a terrace. The residential part of the first floor comprises conservatory, kitchen, living room, bathrooms and bedrooms. In the attic are the bedrooms, bathroom, laundry room and lounge. In the basement there is also a Jacuzzi.

Subject to sale by public auction is villa in the total size of 736,15 m2 with land measuring 2,560 m2.

The dimensions of the object:
- basement 216.10 m2,
- high ground floor 236.90 m2 (including terrace 93.50 m2)
- 1st floor 143.40 m2,
- mezzanine 113.55 m2,
- the tower of 13,10 m2.

The initial price for the villa is 350.000 EUR. As for the auction itself, both individuals and legal entities can participate in the auction.
