THE debts from A BANKA were transferred to the "BAD BANK" («DUTB»)

A Banka has signed the contract on implementation of measures to strengthen the stability of the bank with management of the Company that manage bank debts "DUTB" and has legally transferred a bad debts on it. The physical transfer of documentation is expected to be made in two stages to the end of december, reported from the "Abank" on the website of the Ljubljana stock exchange.
In the end of september they confirmed the Government list of bad loans from "Abank" to transfer to "DUTB", and for the bond obligations that "Abank" received in exchange for the transferred debt assets, they issued a guarantee for 448,6 million euros.
In accordance to the signed contract for the implementation of measures to enhance the stability of the bank, "Abank" today sold their assets worth 423.8 million euros to "DUTB" .
According to "DUTB" the combined gross value of all transferred assets was 1.1 billion euros.
That “Abank” qualifies as a beneficiary of said measures, the government decided in july last year, and the first time state made the recapitalization in december last year to 348 million euros. The Bank then changed to the full public ownership, as part of the restructuring all shareholders and holders of subordinated debt were removed.
After the completion of the whole process of recapitalization and transfer of receivables to «DUTB», the bank will use all the opportunities to achieve their business goals and to fullfill the promises given by Slovenia to the European Commision during the final inspection of measures to strengthen the stability of the bank - answer in "Abank".
